Art Deco in The London Archives (in person)

1925 was the year that the style we now know as Art Deco emerged. The style celebrated modernization and mechanization while drawing on timeless traditions. Art Deco architecture quickly became a favourite for buildings associated with the modern age. Join us for an illustrated talk to see how this now iconic style is documented in our collections.
